The music students of 3ème/Grade 9 have created these Spotify playlists to help keep you motivated and energized throughout the race. Each playlist is made of songs with similar tempos designed to help you maintain your pace.
(The paces listed here are approximations and will depend on each runner’s individual height, stride, and running cadence. We encourage you to test them out to see which is right for you.)
